HAWAII  HIGH RISE/HOTEL PROJECTS LIST

 

Financial Plaza of the Pacific

The plaza consists of a 22 story tower, 12 story tower and a 6 story tower. Honolulu, Hawaii.

Projects included: Fire alarm system retrofit, exterior lighting study, power system analysis, and elevator power problems.

 

First Insurance Center

The center consists of a 5 story office building and a 11 floor tower. The fire alarm system interlaced both buildings into a central command station and was compliant with current codes and ADAAG. Honolulu, Hawaii.

Projects included: Fire alarm system replacement, fire alarm installation project management, and stairwell pressurization fan.

 

Hale Koa Hotel

IPrime Consultants responsible for electrical, mechanical and architecture revisions required to upgrade the existing fire alarm system to meet standard codes including design of a new fire command center and interface with the Maile tower. Waikiki, Hawaii.

Projects included: Ilima tower fire alarm retrofit, fire alarm construction administration, kitchen AC report, kitchen emergency power, kitchen hood.

 

Harbor Court

Facilities report on all mechanical and electrical systems for a 37 story high-rise residential/commercial office complex. Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii.

 

Marin Tower*

The power distribution in this building was designed at 12.47 KV with Hawaiian Electric meters provided for each apartment. Honolulu, Hawaii.

Outrigger

Renovation of an occupied hotel with complete electrical service entrance replacement. Waikiki, Hawaii.

 

Seaside Suites

An existing hotel was converted into a condominium. Waikiki, Hawaii.

 

The Mark

Complete facilities report of all electrical systems in a historic hotel located on the upper east side of New York City. New York City, New York.

 

Waikiki Landmark*

The innovative exterior lighting design was used to evenly illuminate they interior of the arch with the use of metal halide luminaires. Waikiki, Hawaii.
