During the initial opening of the Aloha Tower marketplace we quickly designed over 35 tenant spaces as tenants hurriedly prepared for opening day. MCM Only the Best: Appropriate lighting levels are essential to attracting customers in high-end boutiques. The use of double-ended metal-halide down lights allows higher than normal lighting levels while still meeting the Hawaii Model Energy Code and maintaining color rendition with minimal use of incandescent sources. Renoma: A mix of compact fluorescent down lights and quartz spotlights gives the space a comfortable lighting level while maintaining excellent color rendition.

Princess Tam Tam: Renovation of electrical systems of existing retail spaces to accommodate new retailer, including power and lighting design.

Hale Koa Hotel

IPrime Consultants responsible for electrical, mechanical and architecture revisions required to upgrade the existing fire alarm system to meet standard codes including design of a new fire command center and interface with the Maile tower. Waikiki, Hawaii.

Projects included: Ilima tower fire alarm retrofit, fire alarm construction administration, kitchen AC report, kitchen emergency power, kitchen hood.

Victoria Ward Projects

Designs at Ward Center were completed to facilitate many tenant relocations. A fire alarm system was designed to interface separate systems in various retail spaces into one central system. The new fire alarm system design also included ADAAG considerations and current codes. Honolulu, Hawaii.
